I hope when you view this piece, you will stand in front of it and give yourself a moment to wander through it.  I hope you will find beauty in and interest in the many competing and complimentary colors and textures.  Your eye might stop and rest thoughtfully on an irregularity or imperfection that creates ideas or questions or feelings and I hope you will want to interact with it, running your fingers across the varied surface with its cracks and holes.  I hope that as you give yourself this experience, you will find that your eye repeatedly comes to the center, that small circle surrounded by so much “else”.
