By Nature we are Agents of Ourselves and Stewards of Earth. How we act in these roles says everything about how we value ourselves and others. We are living in a world of abundant resources, and so it is vital that we do not pick up everything that is within reach. This will require thoughtfulness and even sacrifice.
Can we imagine saying no to ourselves? Could we be passionate about refusing something that is being handed to us? To me, this is the definition of Communitarianism that I am trying to embrace.
